Patrick T. Finn

Patrick Finn is a results-orientated certified turnaround professional with over 15 years of real-world experience in revitalizing underperforming companies and improving profitability. His entrepreneurial experience enables him to quickly identify critical issues and recognize opportunities. His proven track record in process improvement and cost containment is combined with strong business development skills and success in implementing strategies to drive top line revenue growth.

A representative sample of his engagements and experience include:

• Ten years as President/CEO of a manufacturer of plastic components and tooling servicing the medical and consumer electronics industries. Transformed unprofitable, underperforming operation into a highly profitable industry leader.
• Represented Buyer in negotiating the acquisition of an underperforming division of a plastic injection molder. Led integration team charged with merger and assimilation of acquired operations.
• Developed financial pro formas, revenue forecasts and business plan for a medical device start-up.
• Served in an interim management capacity to a Real Estate Developer under Receivership. Coordinated sales of real property and the satisfaction of the interests of both secured and unsecured creditors.
• Advised partners of an Apple Computer Dealership in the development a separation plan and agreement. Performed financial analysis to determine business valuation.
• Advised the management of a distributor in the automotive industry under chapter 11 in developing a plan of reorganization.
• Introduced Lean Manufacturing practices to a contract manufacturer which resulted in on-time delivery increasing from less than 80% to over 99.5%.
• Negotiated consignment inventory arrangements with key suppliers of a manufacturing company that reduced raw material inventory by over 90% within the first year of implementation.

Mr. Finn holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas and is a CTP (certified turnaround professional). He serves on the board of directors of Burnett County Hospital and is a former board member and Secretary of Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College.
