Maren specializes in bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll and benefits administration, and cross-functional coordination with clients, vendors, and industry professionals. Maren also helps lead business development and marketing efforts for Lighthouse with an emphasis on identifying new industry and market networks.

In her current and prior roles, Maren has been responsible for managing full-cycle accounting operations, processing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry regulations, contributing to the smooth operation of law firms, accounting, and investment advisory practices, and client portfolios. While managing law firms, she calculated and distributed multi-million-dollar settlements in complex litigation cases. Previously, Maren processed over 600 tax returns annually, including returns for ultra-high-net-worth individuals with complex operating business and asset holdings.

Earlier in her career, Maren worked in market research, where she managed large datasets and analyzed public data, tracking thousands of leads nationwide, and converting them into client engagements. Her background combines strong analytical skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to supporting both internal teams and client needs.

Maren earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, graduating magna cum laude as part of the Honors Program. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, walking around Lake Harriet, relaxing in the sauna, and enjoying live music.
